DunAn Microstaq’s (DMQ) Silicon Refrigeration Valve (SRV) has been selected as a Finalist in the Refrigeration Category of the 2019 AHR EXPO Innovation Awards.
The SRV is an electronically controlled, fast responding, bi-directional, single stage expansion valve that can support HVACR applications of up to 1 ton of refrigeration capacity.
The SRV incorporates MEMS (Microelectromechanical Systems) technology. The SRV is compact and lightweight, and the first silicon MEMS only expansion valve that is suitable for residential and commercial refrigeration application.
