The silQflo™ Silicon Servo Valve (SSV) chipset is released with enhanced contamination resistance design (patent pending). The silQflo™ SSV chipset will replace the Ventilum® microvalve chipset that was only rated to withstand 320 particles greater than 4µm in size, per milliliter of fluid. The silQflo™ SSV chipset has enhanced contamination tolerance features that is targeted to withstand 10,000 particles greater than 4µm in size, per milliliter of fluid.
