DMQ releases new family of MEMS Microvalve chipset that utilizes 25% less power

DMQ’s new family of MEMS microvalve chipset (PDA3-1X, X=0,1) utilizing 25% less power has been released. The new MEMs microvalves  will be offered for both 12V and 24V applications. The micro valves can be packaged for u-flow or through flow configurations.
